Farm House Remodel

We recently completed another farm house renovation for John and Deanna Stika from Creston, Ohio.

This one was a little bit more extensive than the last one.

We actually tore down part of the existing structure and rebuilt it from the ground up from footer to roof. The footprint consisted of a new farmhouse kitchen from Swiss Woodcraft, a first floor laundry, half bath, master bedroom, master bathroom, walk in closet, and a fourth bedroom.

We also remodeled the existing house stairway, finished the new and existing white oak floors, and installed ceramic tile in all the bathrooms.

This was one of my most challenging projects to date do to the age of the existing house and rebuilding the new structure so that it still felt like an older farm house.

This was about a six month project and thankfully John, Deanna, and their three boys moved out during the construction process.
